Location: Dublin, OH

Salary: $80k-$130k

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through to execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld throughout the project.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including financial performance and schedule updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly with concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards.
