Responsibilities

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a seasoned Senior Living Outpatient Therapy Leader who meets the following qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience managing in the senior living setting.
• Preferred residence in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan.
• Must be willing to travel 75% of the time.
• Experience managing credentialing processes, overseeing home health, and handling billing operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Proven track record in implementing outpatient therapy programs for senior living facilities.
• Experience hiring, leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
• Prior P&L management experience.
• Strong business acumen and expertise in clinical program development, staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills across multi-site operations.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of billing practices and compliance in outpatient and Medicare B services.

Qualifications

Education: Associate Degree.

Experience: 3-5 years.

Licenses: Valid state license and CPR certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting at least 50 lbs., and effective communication skills.
