The Human Resources Representative will work closely with the Human Resources team on a variety of HR processes. Summary of Responsibilities. Maintains relationships and daily contact with local managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Manages recruiting processes in HR system, creates and maintains HR databases and files. Schedules interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status.
