Position Description Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and measuring all operations within a client-operated warehouse facility. Develop, implement, and measure standard operating processes within the facility. Work from customer business schedules, develop daily schedules, and measure performance against schedules. Oversee safety programs within the warehouse and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities:
The individual must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Working Environment:
Work on diverse problems requiring analysis of situational factors. Exercise judgment within policies to determine actions. Act as an advisor, involved in schedule meeting or problem resolution. Provide supervision or task assignment to employees. Make decisions that impact schedules. Interact with subordinates, customers, and management at various levels. Receive objectives and provide guidance to employees. Work is reviewed by management for achievement of objectives.
Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 5-10 years of supervisory or management experience preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
