Position: Director

As a School Director, you will be committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children and staff can thrive. This role involves managing school operations, ensuring enrollment growth, and fostering a positive community relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a supportive culture for staff, families, and children
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with licensing regulations
• Manage school operations, enrollment, and costs

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
• 3-5 years of Director experience in licensed child care
• Knowledge of licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budgeting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain staff
• Commitment to building positive community relationships
