Responsible for the overall coordination of leasing (as tenant and as landlord) for Ohio Health and related entities. The Director of Leasing and Strategy will serve as the leader on real estate leasing matters and will work with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs. Responsibilities And Duties:Manage team responsible for the negotiation of leases for OH and related entities (lease acquisitions, renewal options, subleases, timeshares, etc.)Coordinate with external brokers, internal leasing agents, OH legal and outside counsel on negotiating new agreements and to resolve all issues that arise during document negotiations and drafting. Regularly attend and participate in leasing, certain facility management related meetings and project management meetings with senior level management across the system.
