The individual in this position is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to a team of people required to manage all business aspects of multiple medical office buildings. Responsibilities And Duties:Provide management oversight over the final work product within the assigned Property Management portfolio. Mentor, develop and coach team of property and building managers within region, while ensuring goals are aligned to drive the overall success of the portfolio and Ohio Health. Clearly communicate vision, oversee overall operations to optimize performance and achieve company goals through OHREG process and protocols.
