JOB SUMMARY
Plan, creates, and manages project schedules in collaboration with technical experts, project leads, and project managers. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.

Advanced understanding of corporate, industry and safety practices, processes, standards and how they affect project activities.
Demonstrated ability to manage / mentor staff. Demonstrated abilities in maintaining project profitability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
Requires strong computer competence.
Construction management knowledge essential.
Extensive finance, design, construction and management experience required.
