About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll manage individual real estate projects from start to finish within the data center sector. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and high standards of quality and performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout).
  • Collaborate with clients to define scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Source and manage project resources through RFPs and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and track milestones, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Share best practices and mentor team members across disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree with 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
    • A combination of education and equivalent work experience will be considered.
    • LEED AP, PMP, or CCM certifications are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage financial metrics.
    • Ability to guide teams and collaborate across departments.
