Job description: Porter/Maintenance
Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential custodial services a must
Sweep, mop, clean and buff hallways, stairwells, windows, lobby, sidewalk, etc
Remove garbage/recycling from trash/compactor rooms and prepare for pickup
Periodically inspect the building roof and yards for any clogged drains, debris, etc
Snow preparation and removal in the winter season
Report required repairs to property managers
Must be able to interact professionally with staff.
