Qualifications and Skillsets:•Live FST Traits of Reliable, Invested, Responsive, Adaptable, Passionate, and Innovative•2+ years of custodial experience is required with a preference for experience in commercial cleaning roles•Possess a valid Ohio Driver's License•Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions•Multitasking and organizational skills to keep track of various responsibilities•Time management and strong problem-solving skills•Ability to carry out tasks in a timely fashion with minimal supervision•Flexibility to work with team members or individually•Ability to comply with safety regulations and proceduresPhysical Requirements•Stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day•Ability to lift 50 lbs., if required•Ability to bend, crouch, push, reach, kneel and do repetitive motion for extended periods of timeDisclaimer:This job description does not include every duty or responsibility that the employee may be asked to perform at some point in time.
