Job Details

The Director User Experience (UX) Design will play a key role in developing and implementing the vision, strategy and team needed to serve our customers digitally. They will lead the design exploration and innovation of our digital applications and websites, direct and mentor a team of UX designers, champion our user-centered design process, and build strong relationships with internal team members including Research, Brand, Product, Custom Communications, and Development. This role will require familiarity and understanding of research, design, and development processes including user testing, building prototypes, and sprint-based design. What you will do.
