What You'll Do:

As a school leader with Enchanted Care, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily school operations and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations

• Leading a team of educators and support staff with clear vision and enthusiasm

• Building meaningful relationships with families and creating a welcoming school culture

• Ensuring curriculum implementation, classroom excellence, and student achievement

• Driving enrollment and retention through effective community engagement and customer service

• Partnering with regional leadership to meet performance goals and support staff development

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education with 2 years of experience working at an administrative level in a licensed childcare facility. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• A strong understanding of Ohio DJFS licensing standards.

• Passion for mentoring teachers and shaping high-quality educational environments.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to travel within the local market and step into leadership openings as needed.
