The Member Experience Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for YMCA members and guests, with a primary focus on evening hours. This position supports the management of member satisfaction, guest tours, onboarding, and retention efforts. Working closely with the Member Experience Director and Center Executive, the Coordinator helps drive engagement strategies, meet sustainability goals, and support overall center success. Responsibilities also include assisting with program delivery, supporting staff development, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is part of the Center Leadership team and actively supports events, community outreach, and philanthropic efforts. Organizes, promotes and leads assigned programs and/or initiatives within their location and possibly in other areas of the community.
