Job Summary:

Ground Works Land Design is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Crew Member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside our Concrete Finisher - helping to deliver high-quality flatwork and structural concrete projects for top-tier residential and commercial sites. From setting forms and placing concrete to finishing surfaces with precision, you'll play a hands-on role in building durable, high-performance spaces. This is an opportunity for someone with solid field experience, strong attention to detail, and pride in their craftsmanship.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:

• On-Call for snow removal during winter hours
• Pouring and finishing of flat work, footings and wall work
• Mix and pour concrete
• Setting forms and tying rebar
• Address customer concerns as they arise and communication with clients upon completion of work
• Proficiently operate a variety of construction equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and equipment
• Complete all production related digital timesheets
• Positively promote company culture
• Read and interpret blueprints/drawings

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with excavation, grading and demo work
• Stamped concrete experience not required, but preferred
• Knowledgeable with the operation of various power tools and finishing tools
• Perform other duties as assigned
• 1 or more years' experience in concrete industry or construction
• Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors and in noisy areas for extended periods of time
• Able to work successfully with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
