Job Details

Minimum 3+ years of experience with warehouse applications•Strong supply chain experience with functional knowledge of Distribution and 3PL Logistics.•Proven experience in full lifecycle WMS implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.•Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.•Experience with system implementations, process mapping, and change management.•Familiarity with integration frameworks (APIs, MIF), SQL, and data analysis tools.•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence•Deep understanding of the right questions to ask when troubleshooting of warehouse solutions.•Ability to research and recommend solutions to resolve client issues.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good work ethic.•Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
