The associate in this position will be responsible for snow removal, maintenance of the garages and parking equipment and early morning traffic direction. Responsibilities And Duties:Driving is an essential function of the job .. 30% Garage and Lot Maintenance, this associate will be responsible for street sweeping, removing trash, repainting lines for parking areas and other jobs as needed. 2. 30% Parking Equipment Maintenance, this associate will be responsible for repairing any parking equipment that may go down e. g. ticket spitters, auto cashiers, barrier gates, etc. . 3. 10% : Snow Removal, this associate will be responsible for removing snow and spreading salt in all of the parking garages, it will also be this associate s responsibility to call in additional help when needed.
