Field Engineer
Location: Dublin, OH
Salary: $80k-$130k
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will have expertise in concrete work and will be responsible for ensuring that all project specifications and timelines are met. This role involves collaboration with various teams and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Big plus if bilingual. (Spanish/English)
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer, preferably in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete work and flatwork techniques
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish being a plus
- Experience with excavating and site preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
