We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting customer inquiries with clarity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update customer information into internal databases and systems
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Verify data accuracy and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain organized records and follow internal documentation procedures
• Identify and report recurring customer issues to management

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
