Job Title: NOC Teleconference Support Technician
Location: Columbus OH and Phoenix AZ
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NOC Teleconference Support Technician to provide technical support for meetings, troubleshoot audiovisual (AV) issues, and maintain equipment to ensure seamless communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in AV support, technical troubleshooting, and network collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for teleconferencing and audiovisual systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve AV and network-related issues in a timely manner.
* Set up, configure, and maintain teleconferencing equipment.
* Monitor and support real-time audio and video connections to ensure high-quality meetings.
* Collaborate with IT and NOC teams to optimize communication systems.
* Maintain documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
* Assist in training end-users on AV equipment and teleconference best practices.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in audiovisual support and technical troubleshooting.
* Cisco Certified Network Associate - Collaboration (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ or equivalent industry certification is required.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
* Experience with enterprise-level teleconferencing tools and AV hardware is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in AV technologies or networking.
* Experience supporting large-scale virtual meetings and hybrid communication environments.
* Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
