Description:
Build and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, applying critical path methodology. Facilitate schedule review meetings with stakeholders; document updates, risks, and milestones. Track project KPIs, perform progress updates, and create commodity curves and status reports. Support and enforce AEP project management standards, collaborating with PMs and Admins. Manage scheduling and cost integration, including SPI/CPI and data systems. Requirements:

We're seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with at least 4+ years of hands-on Primavera (P6) scheduling experience to support large utility or construction management projects. This role partners closely with Project Managers to develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4+ years' experience with Primavera P6 scheduling (must be current or recent)
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years' related experience OR Associate's + 6 years' experience
- Strong background in utilities or construction project scheduling preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Local to Columbus or New Albany, OH (no relocation; must attend office daily)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Must be eligible for potential conversion to full-time
