WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Supervise and manage staff in the Slot Tech department, developing, implementing, and monitoring operational goals to meet performance and profit objectives.
  • Create efficient schedules, control labor costs, meet staffing goals, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in departmental budgeting, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance with budget initiatives.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to standards, ensuring team adherence and addressing issues promptly.
  • Oversee electronic gaming device activities for compliance with procedures.
  • Maintain customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring accurate par levels and proper material usage.
  • Make final decisions on materials, supplies, and tools within guidelines.
  • Plan layouts and installations of slot machines.
  • Manage preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and system issues.
  • Oversee repair, maintenance, and performance of gaming equipment.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and training programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Ensure policies and practices adhere to service standards, brand attributes, policies, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute slot machine movements and conversions based on gaming floor analysis.
  • Lead the development and measurement of service standards for the team.
  • Proactively address problems and opportunities, and respond to situations independently.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility and report issues to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or minimum three years of Slot management experience, or equivalent combination.
  • Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledgeable of Slot operating systems.
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff, resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret data and graphs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role includes supervisory duties.

  • Staff development, training, and recognition programs.
  • Performance evaluation and constructive feedback.
  • Staffing, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling.
  • Work procedure planning and workflow management.
  • Employee performance management, including coaching and discipline.
