Job Description

To maximize the division's performance by providing leadership in account management, customer development, and solution development for key current and potential customers.

1. Develop key customer annual operating plans in conjunction with regional VPs.
2. Achieve the agreed-upon budget for revenue (70%) and profit (30%).
3. Provide for key manager succession planning.
4. Meet the key metrics outlined in the Balanced Scorecard.
5. Execute projects and strategic initiatives in conjunction with regional VPs as assigned by the Division COO.
6. Achieve sector revenue growth in line with the plan; ensure year-over-year growth.
7. Grow targeted accounts.
8. Achieve sector profit targets.
9. Meet customer metrics.
10. Ensure project execution metrics are met.
11. Implement Balanced Scorecard initiatives developed during the strategic planning process, including revenue growth.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Master's Degree (preferred)
• 7-10 years of industry experience (required)
• Proven track record of strategic leadership
• Previous sales and business development experience
