We are seeking a qualified candidate to oversee and manage the Slot Tech department, ensuring operational efficiency, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising and managing staff, developing operational goals, and monitoring performance and profit objectives.
2. Creating effective schedules, managing labor costs, and maintaining guest satisfaction.
3. Assisting in budget processes, ensuring compliance, and reporting concerns.
4. Promoting superior customer service and overseeing electronic gaming device activities.
5. Managing inventory, slot machine layouts, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
6. Developing departmental policies, training programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
7. Planning slot machine movements and conversions based on floor analysis.
8. Leading departmental service standards development and ensuring confidentiality.

Minimum qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher in a related field, or three years of Slot management experience, or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Slot operating systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Supervisory responsibilities include:

• Staff development, training, rewards, and recognition programs.
• Performance evaluation, staffing, workflow management, and employee discipline.

Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year.
