Sunbelt's Market Sales Leader is equipped for success to serve our customers effectively.
Market Sales Leaders drive revenue by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers to identify current and upcoming jobsites, key customers, and cultivate relationships with decision-makers such as Project Managers and Executives. They develop strategic approaches to target markets, ensuring collaboration among sales staff to provide solutions and quality service. They harness the Power of Sunbelt by maximizing sales force productivity and performance, focusing on strategic customers and jobsites to increase revenue.
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations can be made to comply with laws.

Base Pay Range: $79,702.00 - $109,589.70
