Infosys is seeking a Utilities Field Service Management Functional Consultant. In the role of Field Service Management Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Running Functional Workshops, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality functional deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. This position is based out of Columbus, OH. Candidates can work from anywhere in the USA and/or remotely during EST time zone. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  2. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of experience including experience in Utilities in Field Service Management Area.
  2. Experience in playing the role of functional lead, driving requirements and design considering product fitment and client requirements.
  3. Experience in handling solutions in the areas of Electric and Gas distribution.
  4. Expertise in at least one of the leading Field Services products (Salesforce Field Service/IFS/D365/Oracle Field Service).
  5. Ability to handle clients, multiple stakeholders and drive specific solution areas to closure.
  6. Strong communication and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
  8. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
