POWER Engineers, Member of WSP, is seeking a mid-level Site Civil Engineer to support electrical utility and renewable energy projects. The position is based in Cincinnati, OH, with flexible work arrangements including hybrid or remote options.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support grading, drainage, stormwater management design, access road design, permitting, and construction support for utility and renewable energy sites.

Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as:

• AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation drawings
• Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Stormwater management calculations and design
• Floodplain modeling and analysis
• Site layout, grading, and drainage designs
• Bill of materials and construction specifications
• Detailed engineering reviews and mentorship
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure scope, budget, and quality

Minimum Qualifications

• BSCE from an accredited university
• Engineer-In-Training Certification
• 5-8+ years of civil site design experience
• Experience with utilities, stormwater, site grading, roadway, and utility design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
• Strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineering License with NCEES Record
• Experience with stormwater and hydraulic modeling software
• Electric utility substation design experience
• Leadership skills

POWER Engineers offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a positive work environment. Salary range: $70K-$110K annually, based on experience and qualifications.
