The hiring range for this role is:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Director, Rebate Invoicing & Audit, is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the invoicing and rebate operations team, overseeing client inquiries, and delivering value. The role involves partnering with Financial Operations and IT, driving innovation, and translating strategic plans into actionable projects, while shaping the long-term vision of invoicing processes.

  • Manage client relationships and medical rebate operations, support invoicing issues, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support daily rebate processes and define strategic vision for invoicing and rebates.
  • Engage with participants and clients to address questions or concerns promptly.
  • Lead development and implementation of strategies to enhance workstream interdependencies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering executive presentations on objectives and feedback.
  • Drive change management activities and manage interdependencies between initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in high-level external discussions to strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate client communications and impact assessments with relevant teams.
  • Plan with stakeholders on program roadmap, budget, and schedule.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team fostering continuous learning and innovation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 10+ years in client relations, rebates, project management, or related fields; healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include client management, data analysis, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Financial Responsibilities include revenue, budget, and people management.
