About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of People Operations to lead the strategic design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these programs are market-competitive, meet business needs, and are in compliance with global and local statutory requirements. This role also involves overseeing HRIS and data analytics, driving the adoption of HR technology, and maintaining policy compliance and governance. The VP will manage a small team and is expected to foster a culture of professional growth, operational excellence, and collaboration with senior leaders and key stakeholders.Candidates for the VP of People Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR operations, compensation, and benefits, is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HRIS platforms, a strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, and proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is experience in partnering with third-party organizations to manage various aspects of the people operations function.
