We are seeking a full-time passionate Beverage Innovation Project Manager, to work at our headquarters in Columbus, OH, w/flexible work hours & some travel. Includes a starting salary range of $80,000-$90,000 based on experience and the benefits listed below. Beverage Innovation Project Manager's Responsibilities: (Included, but not Limited to)

• Lead and manage beverage innovation products, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Identify opportunities for new beverage products and improvements to existing offerings based on market trends and consumer insights
• Have a deep understanding of the coffee/tea and beverage industry
• Ability to travel & meet with Stakeholders, Suppliers, and attend Industry events
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to develop and refine product concepts, formulations, and packaging
• Collaboration across different time zones to accommodate project deadlines
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management
• Align products with the company's strategic goals
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot testing to validate product concepts and ensure readiness for commercialization
• Ensure all beverage innovation projects comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards

Qualifications for Success for the Beverage Innovation Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5 years of experience in project management preferred, ideally within the beverage industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering beverage innovation projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean)
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Asana) is a plus.
