Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: 2690 Charter Street Columbus, OH 43228
Pay Rate: $23.49/hr
Shift: 1st shift 6:30AM - 3:00PM M-F

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in orientation programs alongside the HR Coordinator or HR Manager.
• Handle administrative tasks for the Employee Uniform Company, including new hires, departures, and size changes.
• Book and schedule internal plant interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
• Assist in preparing employee training materials and maintaining records.
• Check vendor purchase orders for payments and coordinate with accounting.
• Keep employee files organized and ensure all documentation is properly stored.
• Perform clerical functions such as ordering meals, office supplies, and coordinating company functions/meetings.
• Greet visitors promptly, ensuring they follow proper protocol and safety requirements.
• Keep the lobby and reception area clean and welcoming.
• Ensure the kitchen/break areas are stocked with essentials like coffee and cups.
• Help employees with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule hotels and partner with agencies for VNDLY Broadleaf.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee issues and data.
• Proficient in computer and data entry skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• 2+ years in office or human resources experience
