Our client is a top 60 General Contractor on ENR lists, and Top 12 for Marine and Port Facilities. They operate in over eight states doing over 1.3 billion revenue in 2024. They are seeking a talented project engineer in Sault, Ste. Marie, Michigan to work on a project with over five years of backlog, valued at $3.2 billion.

Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and skilled professionals to join the team responsible for rehabilitating the approach walls at the Soo Locks. Depending on your background and expertise, you may be selected for one of the following roles:

• Project Engineer
• Electrical Engineer
• Quality Control Engineer
• Project Manager

Each role will focus on optimizing automation, safety, reliability, and performance of the infrastructure, contributing to system standardization, technology improvements, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• BSEE or similar bachelor's-level degree
• Self perform General Contractor (Concrete, Mechanical, Electrical)
• 3-10 years experience
• Willing to travel with a per diem (4-7 years of local work in Sault Ste. Marie)
