Description
The Environmental Regional Global Practice Manager is responsible for the strategic development and overall leadership of the Environmental Regional Global Practice for the Midwest Region. This includes growing the region's Environmental (ENS) practice in a dynamic and profitable manner based upon Burns & McDonnell's core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety, and overall outstanding service.
The Manager will directly oversee the engineering and design-build business including sales, recruiting, business plan development, and growth plan for the region including risk management, staff development, project delivery, and profitable project execution.
Duties also include building an outstanding diverse team, ensuring profitable and sound growth, leading sales & marketing activities, ensuring that the Quality Control program is adhered to, maintaining and enhancing safety programs, developing long-term strategic planning, providing risk management, staff development training programs, developing outstanding client relationships, and serving as project principal on our key projects and design-build projects. Business Expansion:
