Senior Civil Project Manager - Bluffton, OH or Grove City, OH

DISHER is currently partnering with a civil and environmental engineering firm to find a Senior Civil Project Manager. They specialize in wastewater, drinking water and stormwater projects providing services ranging from master planning and design to construction administration and asset management plans. This position entails the study, design and construction administration of water, wastewater and stormwater projects. Responsibilities for the position include project management, including management and technical mentoring of staff, client management and new business development.

What you will get to do:

• Manage Consulting Engineering Team
• Go to cities and towns to design new infrastructure.
• Manage budget, timelines, and customers.

• 5-10 years' experience with the study, design and construction administration of water, wastewater and stormwater engineering projects.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Ohio P.E. license (or ability to obtain through reciprocity). Indiana license is also helpful.
• Familiarity with Ohio municipal funding agencies (DEFA, OCD, OPWC, RD and related).
• Experience with sales and client relations management software essential.
• Must be team oriented with good communication, planning and organizational skills.
• This position is based out of either of our Ohio offices Bluffton or Grove City but will require travel and/or periods of stay in other parts of Ohio or Indiana.
