As an Analyst for the strategic planning, you will be part of a team that is responsible for forecasting trends, company and department metrics, and resource plans for the benefit operations. You will help build the long-term forecasting, budget, and resource plans for multiple lines of business. Help build out the forecasts and budget processes that drive our business results and supports more than 9 million members and hundreds of clients. These long-term forecasts and resource plans determine the need for our overall production and non-production staffing. This analyst will work cross-functionally with finance and operations. They will generate dashboard metrics from tableau and salesforce data. They will have a deep knowledge in tableau and excel with the ability to create complex excel resource plans that drive our budget. They will have the ability to present their findings to managers and operations leaders.
