The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of onsite construction activities for multifamily projects. This includes overseeing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, scheduling, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all field construction activities.
• Ensure project is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to plans and specs.
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel.
• Maintain daily logs, inspection reports, and progress photos.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all safety protocols are enforced.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards.
• Schedule inspections and ensure successful sign-offs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground up multifamily residential projects.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
