We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Certified Telehandler Operator who is also capable of performing a variety of general labor duties on construction sites. The ideal candidate will operate a telehandler (zoom boom/forklift) to move materials and assist in site logistics, while also supporting the crew with hands-on construction labor tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

Telehandler Operation:

Safely operate a telehandler to lift, move, and position materials.


Load and unload materials from trucks or platforms.


Assist in material distribution across the job site.


Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks.


Follow all safety protocols and site rules related to equipment operation.




General Labor:

Assist with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and maintenance.


Load and unload building materials and distribute them to appropriate locations.


Use hand and power tools as required.


Perform basic carpentry, concrete work, or other trade support tasks.


Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team.




Qualifications:

Proven experience operating a telehandler in a construction setting.
General construction labor experience preferred.


Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.


Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.


Strong awareness of safety practices.


Reliable transportation to and from job sites.



Requirements:


Must be able to pass a complete background check


Must be able to pass a drug screen prior to starting assignment and throughout the assignment as required
Valid Telehandler Operator Certification



Work Environment:

Outdoor construction sites in varying weather conditions.


Fast-paced, physically demanding, and team-oriented.
