Project Engineer

Our client is a unique but exciting organization that's looking for someone who can be groomed under the Chief Engineer, to lead and grow the business long-term.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in mechanical or electrical systems who enjoys managing projects from start to finish while also being "hands-on".

The Project Engineer will support the installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechanical and proprietary equipment, while also collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects involving the installation and integration of industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
• Assist with layout planning and equipment modifications using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Provide technical training and support to customers during and after installation.
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; relevant hands-on experience considered.
• Proven experience with industrial equipment, systems integration, or field service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
