Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with expertise in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, specializing in Residential Development, who is eager to grow both personally and professionally.

In this position, you will use your problem-solving, logical thinking, and creativity to lead a dynamic and collaborative team consisting of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and technicians. You will engage with developers, planners, builders, and local agencies to create innovative design solutions for residential development projects. You will oversee all stages of design and construction, ensuring the development of efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in design and plan preparation, with a minimum of 4 years working on site development projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, ideally with licensure as a Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.
• Familiarity with industry standards, guidelines, and specifications (e.g., those of local jurisdictions like City of Columbus, ODOT, etc.) and a strong understanding of AutoCAD/Civil 3D grading.
• Proficiency in preparing Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, roadway design, and survey experience is an added benefit.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with review agencies during the preparation of technical designs and addressing their feedback. The ability to engage with these agencies is a key component of the role.
