Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday


LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to lead the benefits function for a dynamic organization. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in employee benefits administration, looking to take on more responsibility in a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee well-being.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to manage plan renewals, enrollments, and changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Analyze benefits data and provide regular reporting on benefits utilization and costs to senior leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of benefits administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and policies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee benefits.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations.
  • Experience with benefits administration software and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and benefits providers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of benefits compliance and reporting requirements is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
