The bank is recruiting a Treasury Management Operations Director to join its team.

Education Level

• Bachelor's Degree (required)

Work Experience

• 8+ years of Treasury Management experience
• Experience leading Treasury Management Operations (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Accountable for high inherent risk processes, functions, and systems that fall within the company's SOX governance framework.
• Plays an integral role in supporting the strategic and tactical objectives of the Treasury Management business segment as well as the organization as a whole, and is intimately involved in the day-to-day services provided to Huntington's Commercial and Business Banking clients.
• Provides corporate-wide leadership and governance for Enterprise Payment Operations and the Funds Movement Governance Program, including responsibility for oversight of end-to-end processes (from origination through settlement) of funds movement transactions originated by customers and colleagues.
• Provides oversight of Account Reconcilement (ARP), Account Analysis, ACH Operations, Wire Transfer Operations, Cash Vault Services, Lockbox Operations, Remote Deposit Capture, and Treasury Management Implementation Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience managing a multi-functional operations team.
• CTP or similar Industry Certification (preferred)
• Provides thought leadership, Strategic planning, and Staff development for the Treasury Management Ops business segment.
• Provides training, guidance, and staff development in product knowledge, data management, business analysis, and strategic planning.

• Ability to work with a virtual team to deliver a comprehensive strategy
• Demonstrated ability to successfully introduce new business strategies.
• Demonstrated/proven leadership skills.
• Proven track record setting strategic direction for a large, cross-functional operations team
