Roles and responsibilities:

M365 Technical Architect

• 10 + experience in Management and complex troubleshooting issues on M365 Applications

• Good experience and knowledge on Exchange online/Premise, MS Team Admin/Voice, ADFS, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure AD.

• Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Technically Lead the Project and provide guidance to team members

• Provide functional and technical expertise in M365 to clients

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems in existing or new systems Experience with administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory and ADFS.

• Experience with modern authentication techniques, especially AAD Service Principals

• Guide and train junior members in day-to-day procedures as necessary

• Lead onshore and offshore resources technically.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

• Continuously working with customer and understand the technical requirement and delivering the technical requirement.

• Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs and design.

Salary Range- $120,000-$140,000 a year
