The Senior Clinical Director of Family Violence Services partners with the Center for Family and Safety (TCFSH) leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated program infrastructure for our service line. The Senior Director works closely and collaboratively with physicians, APN's, nursing, clinicians, research and evaluation, operations, and various other ancillary and support functions to develop, implement, and evaluate activities and programs across the service line including the child advocacy center, primary care for children in foster care, home visiting, prevention and training, and domestic violence services. This includes operating budget development and management, practice/billing activities, clinical programming and new service development, and customer service initiatives. The Senior Director reports directly to the Vice President at TCFSH, and is on the Medical staff within the Department of Psychology. The Senior Director participates in professional development, training, research and academic pursuits as a portion of their position and works with the Vice President and NCH Chief of Psychology to accomplish those goals.
