Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Responsibilities

  • Set project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Plan, organize and staff key field positions through regional department leaders.
  • Establish project objectives within boundaries of corporate policy.
  • Initiate and maintain relationship with prime client and A/E contacts to facilitate construction activities
  • Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
  • Represent company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment income/expense, etc) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as directed by company leaders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
