Legacy Finishing Systems is looking to expand its team with experienced foreman plasterers.* LOCATION - no home base, you go where the jobs are - requires travel around the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati areas.* Candidates must have reliable transportation!* No background check required.* Must pass drug screen.* Must be authorized to work in the US. Legacy participates in E-Verify.* Must have high school diploma or GED* Must join union.* PREFERRED - Hawk and trowel knowledge* PREFERRED - Experience with plaster* PREFERRED - Knowledge of plaster mixingJob Description:* Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings, using trowels, brushes, or spray guns* Set up scaffolds* Apply weatherproof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings, such as by troweling or spraying on coats of stucco.* Clean and prepare surfaces for applications of plaster, cement, stucco, or similar materials, such as by drywall taping.* Mix substances or compounds needed for work activities.* Mold or install ornamental plaster pieces, panels, or trim.* Other duties as assigned by foreman.Requirements:* Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally. Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces as needed.* Basic hand tool knowledge* Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately
