Sales Account Representative Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and expand a comprehensive customer and prospect database.
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries via email, phone, web meetings, and in-person visits.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through strategic account support and collaboration with internal teams.
• Prepare accurate quotes for customers to expand their product selection.
• Monitor, track, and report on sales activities, including monthly results and customer budgets, to upper management.
• Prepare annual customer budgets and contribute to strategic planning.

Sales Account Representative Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sales or business development account management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position offers a base salary commensurate with experience in the $50,000-$60,000 range, plus a comprehensive benefit package.
