Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing customer credit information. The Customer Service Credit Analyst will provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their credit-related inquiries and concerns. The Customer Service Credit Analyst team operates on East/West Coast time zones. Shift requirements are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST, or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Saturday and Sunday availability, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST and 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST, is required for this position.
