Job Summary:
As an LMS Analyst at Illuminate USA, you will be a key contributor in supporting and optimizing our Workday Learning Management System (LMS) to support organizational learning and development
objectives. This role involves configuring systems efficiently, ensuring data accuracy, supporting stakeholders and user needs, and providing solutions to enhance learning experiences. The LMS Analyst is critical in aligning the system with business goals to drive associate engagement and skills development.
Responsibilities:
• Manage LMS functionality, including user setup, campaign, permissions, and system
configurations.
• Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user
experience.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, admins, and trainers.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Learning with other
modules, such as Skills, Talent, Time & Absence, Payroll, and Benefits
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement Workday Learning solutions that address
business objectives.
• Develop and deliver custom reports, including training completion, compliance metrics, and
actionable insights and reports for stakeholders
• Communicate system events, including maintenance schedules, updates, and any changes, to
keep teams informed and prepared.
• Work closely with admins, users, and trainers to provide training and support for Workday
Learning functionalities.
• Design and deliver training materials, webinars, and job aids to support system users.
• Collect feedback from users to improve the system and its features continuously.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR or HRIS, with exposure to Workday HCM configurations and
integrations with Learning
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Visio, with strong skills in data
analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both
technical and functional teams.
• Experience in supporting process improvements and managing system updates.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HRIS or Workday certifications
• Experience with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI e-learning standards.
• Familiarity with managing compliance training and OJT tracking in Workday
• Knowledge of Workday reporting tools, calculated fields, and dashboard creation
