Salary: $750 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers through live chat or email communication, and providing them with accurate product information.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the database.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
