Key Responsibilities:

• Support to Event Manager: Aid the Event Manager in managing event schedules, budgets, resources, and team coordination.
• Team Supervision: Help oversee event staff and volunteers, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities for successful event operations.
• Attendee Engagement: Interact with event attendees, providing information and enhancing their overall experience.
• Promotional Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials to effectively market events.
• Event Monitoring: Monitor event activities, address issues as they arise, and ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support by preparing reports, tracking event performance, and maintaining event-related documentation.
